Ailin is the Managing Director, Representation Programs, where she oversees a national initiative to increase access to legal information and representation for unaccompanied children facing deportation and supports a nationwide appointed counsel program for immigrants in adult detention, providing competent and holistic representation to a particularly vulnerable population.

Ailin earned a J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and is a member of the State Bar of California.
