Aranza is the Administrative Assistant for Acacia’s Orientation Programs. Before joining Acacia, Aranza graduated from Pomona College with a B.A. in Chicanx/Latinx Studies. As an immigrant herself, her academic interests are centered around joy and love in undocumented households. Aranza has nearly five years of experience working with immigrant rights organizations in her hometown of Miami and devotes her time to mentoring and empowering immigrant youth in their pursuit of higher education.

When Aranza is not working, she enjoys reading, going on long walks by the beach, and participating in different fiber arts.
