Ivanna Cuellar is a Program Analyst, LASRF, at the Acacia Center for Justice. Ivanna is a passionate advocate for immigration justice with extensive experience since the age of 16. Originally from Mexico City, she moved to the United States at 10 and graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor’s in Economics and Political Science, and a minor in Public Affairs. Ivanna worked as a Paralegal in a high-volume consumer warranty law firm prior to joining Acacia, and has been involved with organizations such as Esperanza Immigrant Rights Projects, Aliento, and the Kino Border Initiative. In her free time, she enjoys reading, going to the beach, traveling, spending time with friends and family, and thrifting. Ivanna brings enthusiasm and positivity to the workplace, thriving in environments focused on improving the immigration system and challenging negative perceptions of the immigrant community.
