Jacqueline is a Senior Program Associate, LASRF, at the Acacia Center for Justice. Prior to joining Acacia, Jacqueline was a legal investigator for the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU-SDIC), in her hometown of San Diego, California. There, she advocated for the rights of asylum seekers, people in ICE detention and other individuals who had encountered DHS agencies at the border. Prior to that, she assisted victims of violent crimes and domestic violence in their affirmative applications with USCIS. She received her bachelor’s degree in political science at San Diego State University. In her free time Jacqueline enjoys long-distance running, weightlifting, and going to concerts.
