Jade is the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for Acacia Center for Justice, where she provides full-cycle talent leadership and in-house support for managers and current employees. She is passionate about creating and implementing talent policies to ensure the best candidate and staff experience. Jade holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Since graduating, she has worked in recruiting for multiple culture-based agencies.

Prior to joining Acacia, Jade worked as a Specialist on the People Team for an award-winning marketing agency and served as the leader for the DEI Program, an experience she credits as crucial to developing the ethics she practices in her career today. Jade lives in North Carolina with her daughter and enjoys exercising, listening to R&B music, traveling, and spending time with loved ones.
