Jeremy is a REIB professional with over a decade of experience in education, racial equity coaching, and professional learning facilitation. He began his professional career as a high school Chemistry and Biology teacher, where he later was promoted through various roles leading to Director of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in a large, Dallas-area school district. Jeremy specializes in racial equity coaching, strategic planning, relationship building, and nonprofit coaching. He has extensive experience facilitating racial healing circles and courageous conversations in many communities and settings. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Xavier University of Louisiana and a Masters in Education from Ole Miss. Jeremy enjoys traveling with his husband, fitness, reading, and spending time with his three young nephews.
