Jessica is Acacia’s Chief Financial Officer, where she is responsible for implementing Acacia’s finance mission and leads the business and operating functions of the organization, which includes finance and IT. Prior to joining Acacia, Jessica was the budget and contract compliance lead with Vera’s Unaccompanied Children Program from 2020 to 2022. During her tenure, Jessica was instrumental in expanding program budget capabilities and compliance review functions at Vera.
Prior to Vera, Jessica spent seven years in non-profit finance, awards management, and data analysis at MDRC, Planned Parenthood, Connecticut Council for Education Reform, and Segal Family Foundation, contributed analyses to reports by Humanitarian Outcomes, 100Kin10, and Building Markets, and served on the editorial board at the Journal of International Affairs. Jessica received her B.A. in mathematics from Smith College and her master of international affairs from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. When she is not working, Jessica enjoys traveling, running, and trying new recipes.
