Luisa is a Program Analyst for the National Qualified Representative Program and Counsel for Children Initiative. She has almost a decade of experience in the mental health field, and most recently provided direct support to NQRP and CCI clients as a Case Manager at a boutique law firm. Luisa acquired her bachelor’s degree in sociology from California State University, Northridge in May of 2020. Luisa is passionate about serving people, and about mental health care in underserved communities and this has been a driving force in her career and in her approach to every area of her personal life. Luisa is a Los Angeles native, and when she is not working, she enjoys serving at her church, thrift store shopping, and focusing on health and balance in all areas of her life.
