Natalie is a SHRM-CP certified HR professional with over a decade of experience in nonprofits focusing on advancing equity and justice. Her background contains extensive expertise in leadership development, staff engagement, community building, performance management, organizational strategy, and HR administration. She graduated with a BS in Middle Eastern Studies and a BA in English from The Florida State University. She earned her MS.Ed in Global and International Relations from Drexel University. Natalie resides in her home state of North Carolina with her husband, two children, and her pitbull mix named Montana. As an avid competitive open-water swimmer, you can usually find her clocking miles on the Catawba River.
