Prior to joining Acacia Center for Justice, Nick was a Senior Attorney with the Detained Children’s Team at the Capital Area Immigrants’ Rights (CAIR) Coalition in Washington, D.C. While with CAIR Coalition, Nick represented unaccompanied children in affirmative and defensive proceedings, with a particular focus on working with children in government custody. Nick earned his JD from Georgetown University Law Center, his Master of Education from Harvard University, and his BA from Boston College. Nick lives in Maryland and enjoys hiking (especially in local state parks) and diving into a good book.
