Shontese is Acacia’s Personnel Security Clearance Manager who brings more than 20 years of experience in the personnel security and investigations field. Prior to joining Acacia, she has served as a subject matter expert with the federal government and a trainer within the industry. Focusing on process improvement, Shontese was also responsible for training new employees and improving the performance of employees. She graduated with a B.S. in sociology/criminal justice from Bowie State University. In her free time, Shontese enjoys spending time with her family, attending her son’s football games, and playing softball. Additionally, she serves as the president of a local non-profit focusing on the development and mentoring of youth and is the founder of a non-profit dedicated to community outreach.
