Treacy is from Peru and was raised in North Carolina. Before joining Acacia, Treacy was the Coordinator of the Workplace Equality Program at the Human Rights Campaign Foundation, where she supported all aspects of the Corporate Equality Index process. Treacy has many years of experience working for private firms and non-profit organizations regarding immigration, civil rights, and social justice. She earned her Associate’s Degree in Arts at Cape Fear Community College. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies. Treacy loves to travel, read, and spend time with her puppy.
