Arthur is the Director, Business Operations at Acacia, where he oversees budget related matters of all EOIR programs. Conducting and managing legal access and representation programs at the subcontractor and prime contractor levels, Arthur liaises between subcontractors, Acacia departments, and Department of Justice contracting officials and establishes creative solutions to maintain program sustainability and support. Arthur is passionate about learning languages: he has studied Japanese, Italian, Swedish, and Latin and speaks Portuguese, Spanish, and French.
