Building a Fabric of Protection—So No One Faces the System Alone

In 2025, the foundations of due process in the United States were tested in profound ways—families were separated, legal access was stripped back, and more people were forced to navigate the immigration system alone. In this new era, Acacia and our national network of partners stepped forward to meet both the urgency and the scale of the need.

Together, we supported tens of thousands of children, mobilized rapid legal response efforts in the face of escalating enforcement, and brought visibility and accountability to a system that too often operates out of sight. This work is not just about responding to crisis—it is about building a durable fabric of protection: a coordinated national infrastructure that weaves together legal access, rapid response, and community-driven accountability so that no one is left to face the system alone. Explore our 2025 Annual Report to see how this fabric of protection is taking shape across the country.
