Celia is a data scientist with the Unaccompanied Children Program, which provides legal services to unaccompanied children in federal custody. Her work includes managing data and reporting pipelines, program analytics, and quantitative research. Before joining the program in 2019, Celia worked in community development in Indianapolis and as an education researcher in Washington, DC. She holds B.A. degrees in literature and economics from American University and is currently pursuing an M.S. in quantitative methods at the CUNY Graduate Center.
