Jade is the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Acacia Center for Justice, where she leads full-cycle hiring and supports managers and employees with thoughtful, people-first talent strategies. She’s passionate about advancing human rights and creating inclusive workplaces, drawing on her background in people operations and DEIB leadership to shape meaningful candidate and employee experiences.

Jade holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice with a minor in English from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and is a certified SHRM-CP. She’s continually exploring how her expertise in hiring and workplace culture can intersect with the legal field to make a broader impact. Outside of work, she enjoys discovering new places in the DMV and spending time with her daughter.
