Krystin Montersil

Program Manager, LASRF

Krystin is the Program Manager for the Legal Access Services for Reunified Families (LASRF) program. Krystin began her career in the immigration field as an Equal Justice Works Fellow placed at Catholic Legal Services, Archdiocese of Miami representing detained immigrants in South Florida. She went on to become a supervising attorney and later managing attorney for their Broward office. She represented both detained and non-detained immigrant families before EOIR, USCIS, BIA, and ICE. She mentored pro bono attorneys and supervised volunteers, legal interns, paralegals, and attorneys. She is a South Florida native of Cuban descent and a former educator of middle and high school levels for six years. Krystin earned her J.D. from Florida International University College of Law.
