Prior to joining Acacia Center for Justice as a Senior Program Associate, Operations and Quality Assurance, Nick was a senior attorney with the Detained Children’s Team at the Capital Area Immigrants’ Rights (CAIR) Coalition in Washington, D.C. While with CAIR Coalition, Nick represented unaccompanied children in affirmative and defensive proceedings, with a particular focus on working with children in government custody. Nick earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, his MEd from Harvard University, and his B.A. from Boston College. Nick lives in Maryland and enjoys hiking (especially in local state parks), diving into a good book, and playing tennis.
