Veronica is the Program Manager, Program Planning, Services, and Support at Acacia. With more than 15 years’ experience working with immigrant children, she has represented women and children survivors of crime in both affirmative and removal proceedings. Prior to joining Acacia, she was a supervising attorney at Community Legal Aid SoCal in their Los Angeles and Orange County offices. Veronica has a B.A. from UC Berkeley and a J.D. from City University of New York Law School. Currently based in Los Angeles, Veronica enjoys traveling, cooking, and crafts.
